Used records and cassettes are not eligible for return or refund. Books are also not eligible for returns or refund. Any books (new or used), and used cassettes or used records are considered final sale.

 

Returns of new, unopened, unused vinyl records/cassettes may be made within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase amount. After 14 days new, unopened, unused product is no longer refundable.

To begin the return process, please email info@synthandsoul.com and we will issue you a return authorization number. Be sure to include your return authorization number with the item(s) you are returning so we can assist you more efficiently.

 

In order to prepare and ship your return, place your item in a sturdy cardboard vinyl mailer and include cardboard inserts to keep product from damage during transit. Items that appear opened, used, or damaged in transit due to insufficient packing are not eligible for full refund.
