We process orders weekly with love from our HQ in Salt Lake City, UT. Tracking numbers are sent by email and shipments are collected by our local USPS courier at least once a week. Most orders are processed and collected by USPS the same week.

 

We pack orders in sturdy vinyl mailers using cardboard padding on both sides of items. Unsealed records are usually shipped with media inside the inner sleeve placed outside of its outer cover to avoid splitting the spines and inner sleeves. Sealed records are packaged as-is. If you have special requests (i.e. opening sealed items or removing shrink wrap) please include a note with your order.

Delivery Times

USPS estimates 2-10 day delivery within the US for Media Mail. Please note: we have witnessed delays with tracking updates and delivery times since COVID. We will continue to process orders as soon as possible to limit delays.
